Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, depending on the shipping service you chose during checkout (i.e. Royal Mail Tracked, DHL or UPS), you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please Contact Us.

All our products go through the highest level of quality inspections before they get shipped out.

However, should your item be delivered damaged or is faulty in anyway, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will replace or refund you based on our returns policy. For more information, please check out our Shipping & Returns page.

All watches sold on All Time Deals UK have been manufactured with great care using high quality materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. They are guaranteed against defects in materials for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This is the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer.

However, standard warranties only cover the following components, in particular

- the movement
- the hands and dial

Standard warranties do not cover

- the battery
- the watch case
- the crystal
- the strap or bracelet

You are welcome to purchase an extended warranty from us. This is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This gives you additional peace of mind.

The extended warranty covers the following components

- the movement
- the hands and dial
- the battery
- the watch case
- the crystal
- the strap or bracelet*.

(*Water damage to leather straps is not covered under any circumstances)

If any covered part fails in material or workmanship under normal use during the extended warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service centre).

In the event of a replacement, All Time Deals UK cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is unavailable, you will be offered a watch of the same value as at the time of purchase or a credit will be issued to your account to be used on our website.

Please note that as we do not stamp warranty cards, your invoice from us will act as proof of purchase for both standard and extended warranty purposes. A copy of the invoice will be required to validate your proof of purchase should you wish to make a warranty claim with us.
